Refunds

Exchanges

Return Shipping

    • Hygiene and Wear & Tear: Due to the intimate nature of these products, general wear and tear, fading, or surface marks are not covered by this warranty.
    • Damage from Improper Use: Any damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper care (e.g., exposure to water for non-waterproof items) is not covered.
    • Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempt to repair the item by a non-authorized technician voids the warranty.
  • Warranty Claim Process:

    • Provide Proof of Defect: To expedite the process, please attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect. This will help us assess the issue and determine if it is covered by the warranty.
